The Programme Controls Lead (PCL) is responsible for managing daa’s commercial exposure on all aspects of programme delivery, managing, monitoring, and reporting on performance in respect of cost, schedule, and risk. The role will involve development and leadership of the Programme Controls Team, incorporating Lead Cost, Lead Schedule, and Lead Risk resources, with supporting resources as required. They will be fully responsible for the performance management of staff, secondments and consultants involved in the Programme Controls teams.
