An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Operations Training Co-Ordinator reporting to the Operations Training Manager.
The Operations Training Co-Ordinator is responsible for the collective administrative functions required for the Operations Training Department. This includes the booking, scheduling, invoicing, procurement, and revenue collection of training events across all training courses provided by Operations Training for both classroom and online delivery. This role will also be tasked with inputting training validation records into OLM (Oracle Learning Management) daily and ensuring correct transfer to the ID Centre. Troubleshooting and investigation of non-transfer issues for permit issue in partnership with the ID Centre, will form a key part of this role.
The Operations Training Co-Ordinator will also be tasked with ensuring EASA and HSA record-keeping requirements are maintained across the administrative functions of the department including, correct data collection and verification, compliant storage of data, 100% compliance is maintained via a daily downgrade of permissions and will also encompass monthly revenue and record reporting. This role will also maintain oversight of training expiry and notifications being successfully delivered to Operations employees and third parties for both airside and operations training needs.
This role also performs a Customer Service function and will be responsible for all training-related queries, errors, issues, and room bookings as required. The Operations Training Business Support will also oversee team clock-in and MyTime related queries for escalation.

Airfield Specialists Operative work in the Airside Management Department. The role reports directly to the Airfield Facilities Manager and will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a diverse range of airfield & landside infrastructural assets including runways, taxiways, aprons pavement, airfield paint markings, footpaths, roads, grasslands, drainage infrastructure, security fence, boundary gates in Ireland’s busiest airport to ensure safe and efficient operations at all times.
In addition to the above the team provides support during the winter season and is an integral part of the Dublin Airport Winter Operations team responsible for ensuring the safe and timely clearance of contamination to pavements during winter operations.
