An exciting opportunity has arisen with the daa for a Global Talent Acquisiiton Partner. The role of the Global Talent Acquisition Partner is to source, build pipeline and recruit the talent to support the business. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the end-to-end recruiting cycle for designated business units including ARI (our global retail business) and daa International. A focus on continuous improvement in relation to the candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction is a key priority.

This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition, daa and will be appointed on a two year contract basis.






  • Experience of recruiting talent in globally diverse locations, retail experience desirable.
  • Expert knowledge and experience of recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, recruitment strategy design and implementation, screening, assessment and hiring in both mature and start-up organisations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent stakeholder management skills including managing 3rd party service providers.
  • Positive & energetic disposition with a commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insight from metrics, data, and trends
  • Experience interacting, supporting & influencing at all levels across the business
  • Proven project management skills with focus on detail and follow through
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box/process improvement mind-set

  • Build a strong understanding of the business's requirements.
  • Proactively engage with HRBP colleagues and hiring managers to fully understand the role requirements and candidate specification
  • Agree project plan with hiring managers for hiring campaigns, ensuring each stage of the recruiting process is managed to a high standard.
  • Utilise the most appropriate sourcing channels for the recruitment of roles and evaluate effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing using such tools as LinkedIn and build a pipeline of talent.
  • Work with global HRBPs, and overseas hiring managers to develop an understanding of local recruitment requirements and processes.
  • Identify and implement globally-applicable assessment methodologies to evaluate the right candidate skillsets in a highly competitive marketplace
  • Evaluate and screen potential hires, and manage candidates through the selection and hiring process.
  • Manage feedback processes with candidates as required and in line with policy
  • Develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities to identify applicants and secure referrals.
  • Strengthen the company’s employer brand with prospective hires, leveraging outlets such as social media, recruiting networks and internal referral to do so.
  • Support the implementation of tools and technologies to significantly streamline and improve the recruitment process to increase quality, efficiency and speed to fill roles.
  • Ensure a best practice approach to all aspects of the recruitment processes.
