    An exciting opportunity has arisen to fill the position of Corporate Executive PA to the ARI CEO and the ARI Finance Director.

    The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated, professional support in a fast paced dynamic environment, liaising with internal team members, exec stakeholders and external bodies at a senior level. The successful candidate will work very closely with the wider ARI Ireland leadership team and other ARI corporate functions.

      

    The selection process may involve shortlisting, interview and other assessment tools. daa is an equal opportunities employer.

    Qualifications

     

    • Administration experience within a corporate environment, with 5+ years supporting Senior Management in a PA role within a global corporate environment.
    • Experience co-ordinating global business travel arrangements and logistic support including flights, visas, taxis, accommodation and currency arrangements.
    • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in the management of changing priorities, and work load on a day to day basis.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite
    • Acts with discretion and ensures confidentiality is maintained
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle pressure
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Strong people management skills and proven ability to manage expectations
    • Excellent communicator – both verbal and written

    Responsibilities

     

    • Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner with extreme attention to detail including: calendar management, email management, maintenance/filing of documents and meeting organisational deadlines.
    • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
    • Minute taking, compilation and distribution of accurate minutes & records
    • Preparation of reports and presentations to a very high standard
    • Organisation of travel itineraries/ visa requirements, credit card coding, expenses and approvals
    • Reviewing and summarising reports and documents; preparing background documents as necessary
    • Providing management with status updates on all key projects / initiatives underway and escalation of issues as required
    • Liaising with new starters within CEO and Financial Director functions and coordinating items such as ID, phone, laptop, car parking etc
