    An exciting new opportunity has arisen for the role of a Future Factory Planning Master at Dublin Airport. The Future Factory is the new innovation and business development function at Dublin Airport with the purpose to stimulate growth and support the creation of new value for daa. Working with other Future Factory opportunity seekers, this role involves the management and co-ordination of the function’s pipeline of activity including the set up of best practice project management processes to bring initiatives to realisation with agility and speed.

     

    Future Factory Open Information Morning

     

    The Future Factory will host an ‘Open Information Morning’ in Seán Lemass Meeting Room, Mezz Level, Terminal 1 on Friday 18th May 2018 with presentations 10am, 11am & 12 noon. Please register your interest with HR Business Partner Niamh O’Hanlon at niamh.ohanlon@dublinairport.com

    Qualifications

    • Committed to daa values
    • Master of structure, task orientated with strong analytical, numerical and reasoning skills
    • Critical l thinker with a logical, structured approach to work
    • A proven track record of working cross functionally, influencing key stakeholders and inspiring collaboration
    • A finisher with strong project management skills with end to end project delivery experience
    • Strong focus on innovation and commercialisation with ability to identify and sieze opportunity
    • Enthuastic and fully committed to the success of The Future Factory
    • Comfortable working in the gray as projects progress, stall or don’t succeed
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Enjoys working in a fast paced, ever changing dynamic business
    • Third level qualification in Business or similar desirable
    • Experience with project management software a plus

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and report on The Future Factory pipeline of activity, from idea generation to business delivery
    • Work with The Future Factory team, and key business stakeholders, to detail The Future Factory’s innovation and business development framework
    • Upkeep of all project management tools including project templates, timelines, analysis, business cases and reports
    • Work with key cross functional project teams reporting on performance against deliverables, timelines, priorities and obstacles as projects transition and grow through The Future Factory process
    • Engage cross functionally with key stakeholders, sharing relevant information and actively responding to latest consumer trends, market analysis, research and competitor activity
    • Support The Future Factory to co-ordinate innovation and business development initiatives and events for Dublin Airport
    • Explore and develop business relationships both internally and externally, networking with colleagues and partners to seek and discover new opportunities while increasing awareness of Dublin Airport as an innovation partner
