The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to manage and consult on all aspects of the end-to-end hiring process for roles (both internal and external) in the assigned portfolio. The successful candidate will play a lead role on the graduate recruitment campaign and will support other projects aimed at promoting the employer brand and positioning daa as an employer of choice. A focus on continuous improvement in relation to the candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction will also be a key priority. This role will report to Siobhan Winters, Head of Talent Acquisition.
