  • Overview

    The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to manage and consult on all aspects of the end-to-end hiring process for roles (both internal and external) in the assigned portfolio. The successful candidate will play a lead role on the graduate recruitment campaign and will support other projects aimed at promoting the employer brand and positioning daa as an employer of choice. A focus on continuous improvement in relation to the candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction will also be a key priority. This role will report to Siobhan Winters, Head of Talent Acquisition.

    • Minimum 3-5 years dedicated senior recruiter experience either inhouse or agency
    • Skilled in the interpretation and use of selection assessment tools
    • Proven experience managing large scale recruitment projects/events, for example graduate campaigns, open career days etc.
    • Experience of market mapping & search methodologies to identify “best fit” candidates and build talent pipelines
    • Experience of social, digital and mobile recruitment tools
    • Positive & energetic disposition with a commitment to delivering a high level of service to the customer.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience interacting, supporting & influencing at all levels across the business
    • Strong project management skills with focus on detail and follow through to completion
    • Good judgement, patience, resilience and flexibility

    • Collaborate with internal partners (HR BP, IHR, reward and other relevant business units) to ensure a high-quality experience for the hiring manager and candidates
    • Conduct hiring manager “needs clarification” meeting when resourcing requirement/role description is received
    • Agree project plan with hiring manager for assigned campaigns ensuring each stage of the recruiting process is managed in a professional and timely manner.
    • Utilise appropriate sourcing channels for the recruitment of roles externally and evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
    • Carry out pro-active candidate searches as required and assist in the sourcing and maintaining of talent pipelines for core critical business roles.
    • Evaluate and screen potential hires, and manage candidates through the interview and hiring process
    • Support the annual graduate recruitment campaign and any other large-scale campaigns/initiatives planned.
    • Develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities (recruitment fairs etc.) to identify applicants and secure referrals.
    • Support the implementation of tools and technologies to streamline and improve the recruitment process to increase quality, efficiency and speed to fill roles.
    • Manage administration associated with campaigns.
    • Assist in the monitoring of SLA’s with third party providers
    • Ensure the voice of the customer; industry benchmarks and best practice are incorporated into recruitment processes.
