The ARI Way team is a specialised, high profile, transformation focused process improvement team that works with all ARI business units across the globe to solve business problems, standardise and improve processes, create efficiencies and ultimately look to improve the performance of this global retail business. Given the nature of this global retail business the scope covers all areas including Direct Retail, Category Management, Buying, Business Intelligence Supply Chain, HR, Bidding for new Business and IT.

     

     

    This role

     

    We are looking to hire a talented and capable Project Manager initially on a contract until the end of 2018. This role sits as part of a team of five reporting directly to the Global Head of Process Development (all based in the Dublin office). In this role you will work on multiple global projects across all areas and functions of the organisation.

     

    This role will suit someone with at least five years Project Management experience working in in either Retail or Supply Chain. You must be able to show evidence of consistent success in delivering projects on time and within budget and resource guidelines. You would be joining a high-profile team whose work has a significant impact on various strategic business decisions. You will be exposed to all aspects of the business and will gain an excellent understanding as to how the entire global organisation operates.

     

     

    Qualifications

     

     

    Essential

    • Minimum five years experience working in a Project Management role within Retail or Supply Chain
    • Proven analytical and structured problem-solving skills
    • Advanced Microsoft office skills including Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and based across 14 different global locations

     

    Preferred

    • PMP or similar project management qualification
    • Certification and proven application of  Lean Six Sigma tools

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver multiple projects on-time and within budget
    • Meet Project milestone dates and deliverables
    • Develop detailed plans for project completion.
    • Manage projects within a highly dynamic and culturally diverse environment.
    • Manage project interdependencies.
    • Manage the Project Risk Register
    • Manage Stakeholder expectations
    • Facilitate workshops to Document “to be” Process Flows and procedures
    • Compile reports and presentations on project performance to a high quality standard.
    • Provide leadership by demonstrating ARI Values in all aspects of project delivery
