The ARI Way is a change program that was introduced in ARI four years ago to determine and implement the best ways of operating the business globally. The ARI Way team is a specialised, high profile, transformation focused process improvement team that works with all ARI business units across the globe to solve business problems, standardise and improve processes, create efficiencies and ultimately look to improve the performance of this global retail business. Given the nature of this global retail business the scope covers all areas including Direct Retail, Category Management, Buying, Business Intelligence Supply Chain, HR, Bidding for new Business and IT.
We are looking to hire a talented and capable Project Manager initially on a contract until the end of 2018. This role sits as part of a team of five reporting directly to the Global Head of Process Development (all based in the Dublin office). In this role you will work on multiple global projects across all areas and functions of the organisation.
This role will suit someone with at least five years Project Management experience working in in either Retail or Supply Chain. You must be able to show evidence of consistent success in delivering projects on time and within budget and resource guidelines. You would be joining a high-profile team whose work has a significant impact on various strategic business decisions. You will be exposed to all aspects of the business and will gain an excellent understanding as to how the entire global organisation operates.
