    This role

    ARI are currently looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to cover a 12 month maternity contract. The main purpose of this role is to manage a small team of three who will support the development of a content management plan and deliver order fulfilment and customer service for Ireland. Another key objective of the team is to manage any digital advertising campaigns PPC, remarketing and more working with 3rd party agencies on implementation & execution. This role also holds the responsibility for the online retail business including P&L, profitability and customer acquisition targets as well as managing the joint business partnerships with suppliers to drive our digital assets globally.


    This role will suit someone with at least five years Digital Marketing experience of which at least three years’ experience should have been working within eCommerce. During this twelve month contract you will play a key role in some high profile eCommerce related projects within the global ARI business. You will work with high profile, luxury brands across three main retail categories in Perfume and Cosmetics, Liquor and Tobacco and Fashion. Although based in ARI Head office in Dublin 17 this role will have a global reach as you will work with all ARI businesses.



    • 5+ Years Digital Marketing experience across PPC, Adwords, & Social Media
    • 3 Years Ecommerce experience
    • Experience working with/managing agencies to complete projects
    • Prior people management experience is required



    • Prior system integrations experience would be beneficial
    • Experience working brands/suppliers




    • Implementation of the global digital strategy and tool kits
    • Manage global digital marketing campaigns
    • Support implementation of the global Ecommerce platform




    • Manage relationships with relevant technology partners (E.g. Platform Provider, SI, payment providers).
    • Ensure agencies are performing in terms of KPIs and manage deliverables within agreed timeframe
    • Responsibility for managing the maintenance of the ARI retail website(s) including in-store and online events, new product launches, seasonal sales and promotions
    • Drive online traffic & sales through increased conversion rates to meet the online sales target
    • Responsible for the delivery of digital JBP (Joint Business Promotions) working with with vendors and cross functionally with Category and Consumer Marketing
    • Responsible for the management of social media channels, campaigns, promotions, adverts working with 3rd parties
    • Work alongside and manage relationships with all relevant internal and international partner stakeholders and external 3rd parties
    • Manage & support delivery of the data management platform
