    Order Management Team

    The ARI Global OM Team is based in Dublin airport and is made up of 6 team members. This team currently completes all stock Purchase Orders for ARI businesses in Ireland, Auckland and Canada. Order cycles are in place to ensure the adequate flow of stock through the business units and NAV is used as the replenishment tool. This team work on a rotating shift basis with between the hours of 4.30am and 7pm and all team members will work on this shift roster.

     

    This role – 12 Month Maternity cover contract

    A maternity leave contract position has arisen with the Order Management Team reporting to the Order Management Manager. You will manage the supply of stock from allocated suppliers and their integration and performance in the Global ARI Supply Chain structure. This will include managing the placement and tracking of all orders into each individual location as well as all communications and co-ordination with Suppliers and Business Units. As appropriate this will include Order placement/management, warehousing interaction and product delivery to retail outlets.

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Minimum 2 years Order Management & Customer Service experience
    • Knowledge of ERP and Replenishment systems
    • Excellent knowledge of Excel
    • Capable of working to deadlines and results focused
    • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • The Management of PO’s to suppliers (local & international) from a central order management team to receipt of goods at local warehouse
    • To maintain the agreed order and delivery scheduling cards with each vendor.
    • BSP (Buying and Supply Portal) – complete tickets allocated from each business unit
    • To manage customs process at country level
    • Is responsible for Full Order Management for specified Category and vendors, from Replenishment, Transport and Order Tracking through to delivery
    • To be the Logistics and Operational co-ordination of the assigned vendors
    • Managing returns and credit / debit notes (Blocked Invoices)
    • To Manage the relationship with local contact to ensure best customer service levels are delivered and remedial actions.
    • Daily internal interaction with the other Global teams and the Local Business units
    • Reports on OM KPI’s monthly
