The Head of Shared Services within daa (based in Limerick) is a senior role with overall responsibility for directing the operation and ongoing development of daa’s Shared Services operation. Based in Limerick, the Shared Services unit (with 60+ FTEs) has responsibility for the management and continuous improvement of key daa financial and business processes including Revenue and Accounts Receivable, Employee Services, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset Register maintenance, General Ledger management and transactional support around financial month end close and the budgeting and forecasting processes.
The key objective of this role is to ensure the delivery of timely and quality service to the Business Units within daa and to promote and drive process change, innovation and thought leadership in the organisation through the initiation, management and delivery of continuous improvement projects and ongoing process and policy reviews and enhancements.
Note that this position is based out of Limerick but will require travel to Dublin and Cork.
