    daa’s Reward Team are currently recruiting for a Reward Specialist to join the central HR function. This new role will report to the Global Reward Manager and will provide support to the broader reward team, which has responsibilities across the daa Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to further their HR/reward career and be part of a strong team charged with driving positive change in a fast-moving business.

    Qualifications

    • Exposure to full range of reward activities, including annual pay cycles, DC pensions and risk benefits, private medical insurance etc.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience of job evaluation methodologies and an understanding of global mobility processes desirable
    • Strong attention to detail combined with a high degree of accuracy
    • Good organisation skills, customer focused with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • A third level qualification in HR, Business Studies or equivalent and CIPD qualified would be an advantage

    Responsibilities

    • Working with the Reward Team on a range of Reward activities on a day to day basis
    • Supporting annual pension and risk processes (i.e. renewals, communication campaigns, death-in-service and income protection benefits etc.) and other projects throughout the year
    • Supporting the set-up of international assignments and providing ongoing support to international employees
    • Managing a number of reward processes (i.e. annual pay cycles, private medical insurance, etc.)
    • Analysing data and reports to answer queries, provide further insights
    • Responding to and resolving queries from HR colleagues, escalating when required
    • Building and managing relationships with HR Business Partners and other Centres of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Organisational Capability, Employee Relations)
    • Liaising with external third-party providers and managing interactions as appropriate (i.e. Registered Administrators, insurers/underwriters etc.)
    • Engaging with our iHR and Shared Service colleagues to provide great service to our employees
    • Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline internal processes
