    The Loop in Dublin

    ARI manages the entire retail business at Dublin Airport under the ‘The Loop’ brand. We sell products from leading local and international brands including MAC, Clarins, Chanel, Estee Lauder, Jameson, Guinness and Avoca amongst many others. ARI have circa 350 staff based in stores across both Terminals in Dublin airport and over 3,500 staff globally.


    This role

    We are opening a new luxury retail store in Dublin airport and are looking to hire a capable and driven Retail Team Lead for this store. The purpose of the role is to lead the team in delivering a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience enabling sales growth. The role requires the successful candidate to ensure that you drive a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.


    The ideal candidate for this role will have supervised/managed retail teams previously and will have worked with high end luxury brands.


    • Minimum three years retail experience
    • Expeience working with high end luxury brands preferred
    • Track record in managing and motivating staff in a fast moving retail environment
    • Track record in delivering on sales targets
    • Excellent understanding of retail standards
    • Excellent understanding of business environment

    • Display expert product knowledge of all categories within the new Store
    • Drive brand standards
    • Coach and mentor new staff members
    • Monitor and manage customer service levels by spending time on the shop floor and creating a culture which delivers excellent customer service.
    • Proactively work with the category buying team to maximise product offer and stock level to increase salesoffer and stock levels to increase sales
    • Reinforce all activities related to providing a safe working environment
    • Reinforce store strategy to reduce shrink
