    The Workforce Support team

    The Workforce Support Team is a newly established and expanding specialised team in daa that sits as part of a wider HR Transformation Team. The team is responsible for delivering a new Kronos Time and Attendance service to our business using the My Time platform which is currently being implemented resulting in a Workforce Management solution that is purpose built for daa, optimising functionality and resources across all business streams, ensuring that it continues to be an airport industry leader

     

    Ultimately this new Kronos T&A system will be used by almost 4,000 employees across all daa business units including ARI (Retail), Dublin Airport, Cork Airport, Dublin Airport Central and daa International.

     

    This role

    We are hiring a Kronos Configuration Manager who will be responsible for the development, configuration, and support for the My Time (Kronos) applications. You will have various key stakeholders and will engage with these across multiple business streams including business end users, Payroll, HR and IT. Another key area will be as the primary contact for the business, managing system enhancements and upgrades, as well as ownership of the vendor relationship in your area.

     

    This permanent role will suit someone with circa five years’ experience using the Kronos T&A system. You must be comfortable leading both Kronos systems configuration and system integration projects.

    Qualifications

    Essential

    • Circa 5 years’ experience using the Kronos Time and Attendance system
    • Prior experience managing an end to end Kronos Implementation
    • Ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment
    • Strong project management experience

     

    Preferred

    • A third level qualification in an IT related discipline
    • Experience working with another Multi site organisation
    • Staff management experience advantageous as this role will have one direct report

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate governance and compliance with system rules and agreed processes
    • Responsible for project planning and management of change projects in conjunction with cross functional teams
    • Identify and diagnose system and application errors, perform system analysis and changes to system rules and configuration as appropriate
    • Technical point-of-contact and functional subject matter expert for Kronos and associated interfaces, providing support to resolve Kronos and Payroll system issues
    • Troubleshoots, identifies and tracks software issues, develops recommendations and coordinates issue resolution with IT and outside service providers
    • To develop and enhance end to end process optimisation through a focus on continuous improvement and review
    • Provide recommendations to the business regarding best practices, input to new proposals being formulated and the interpretation of union agreements and local terms and conditions
