    Reporting to the Business Manager to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a critical member of the executive support team.

    • An excellent academic background, holding a 2.1 degree or equivalent
    • Professional experience in a top-class organisation. Talent and potential are more important than experience.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating the drumbeat of the business – ensuring the Executive Management Meetings and Monthly Reviews are high quality, relevant, and smooth-running
    • Assist in analysing business performance – providing actionable project-based insight which enables the CEO and Board to quickly get to grips with business challenges
    • Creating high-impact and creative communications – with audiences including the Board, senior leaders, the entire company, and the world at large
    • Keeping the wheels turning – creating, editing, reviewing and summarising reports; triaging CEO-level issues as they arise; tracking and reporting on key performance indicators and action points
