Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to work with the HR talent acquisition team for 12- months. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our business to source, attract and hire the best talent.

 

The role holder will also work to deliver a good employee experience through the development and bedding in of excellent talent acquisition processes and practices from recruitment through to onboarding and will become an SME in the recruitment module. In addition, you will support the implementation of processes, practices, and controls in line with new HR system launching.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years dedicated recruiting experience essential.
  • Exceptional project management skills with excellent focus on detail and follow through.
  • Experience leading successful talent attraction strategies/initiatives.
  • Strong and proven stakeholder management skills with a commitment to delivering a high level of service to customers at all levels across the business.
  • Ability to work at pace with good judgement and flexibility to adapt and respond to the changing needs of the business.
  • Comfortable using social media as part of talent attraction strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience
  • Solutions focused with a “can do” & positive attitude.
  • Third level degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key business units & internal partners (HRBPs, iHR, Reward) to ensure best fit candidates for roles and a high-quality experience for the hiring managers and candidates (both internal and external).
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs.
  • Agree project plan with hiring manager for assigned campaigns ensuring each stage of the recruiting process is managed in a professional and timely manner in line with our policies.
  • Develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities (recruitment fairs etc.) to secure top hires.
  • Lead the delivery of career/job fairs (internal and external)
  • Manage diversity tracking and work with the TA team to put in place actions to address gaps.
  • Proactively utilise all sourcing channels for hard to fill roles and build communities of talent where appropriate.
  • Provide insights gained through recruitment campaigns to ensure a continuous improvement focus,
  • Build communities of talent for hard to fill roles and specialisms.
  • Compile reporting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives, source channels and progress overall.
  • Collaborate on TA related projects related to employer branding, early talent hiring and broader diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Any other projects and activities that may arise
