Asset Management forms part of the wider Infrastructure function at Dublin Airport. The purpose of this department and team is to operate & maintain the assets of Dublin Airport. Applications are now open for Technicians to support a modernised approach to the technical asset management of facilities and systems in line with the vision of “keeping people moving through engineering excellence”.   Reporting to the relevant Asset Management Manager or delegate, the primary focus of this role is to provide technical, administrative, and people leadership to asset management’s cross-functional teams, supporting the operation and maintenance of all systems and assets at Dublin Airport.   This role is across a 24/7 roster.

  The primary purpose of this role is to support our Shared Services Centre portfolio of applications as a functional systems analyst. By understanding the processes executed on each system, this role will proactively work together with our IT teams to ensure Shared Services systems are working effectively and that continuous improvement is to the fore in terms of system configuration, utilisation, and Business Reporting. Airfield Specialists Operative work in the Airside Management Department. The role reports directly to the Airfield Facilities Manager and will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a diverse range of airfield & landside infrastructural assets including runways, taxiways, aprons pavement, airfield paint markings, footpaths, roads, grasslands, drainage infrastructure, security fence, boundary gates in Ireland’s busiest airport to ensure safe and efficient operations at all times.   In addition to the above the team provides support during the winter season and is an integral part of the Dublin Airport Winter Operations team responsible for ensuring the safe and timely clearance of contamination to pavements during winter operations. The team is also the Dublin Airport aircraft recovery response team and have aided in the recovery of a number of disabled aircraft at Dublin Airport over the last 10 year as well as at both Cork and Shannon Airports.

The Works Inspector is responsible for overseeing the safety, quality, construction, testing, commissioning, engaging with stakeholders, handover and completion including rectification of all defects of specific projects. The Works Inspector is also responsible for liaising with the appropriate operational departments and ensuring that the contractor does not disrupt the everyday operation of passengers, staff, and stakeholders. There are a number of upcoming roles within Terminals and Landside for Airport Cleaning Team Members – Trolley Driving.   The primary focus of the Airport Cleaning Team Member – Trolley Driving will manage and ensure appropriate Dublin Airport facilities are available, that all airport functions are operating to a high level and will provide passengers with the appropriate information and assistance whilst adhering to Airport standards.   Successful candidates will report directly to the Service Delivery Team Leaders.  Team members will embrace the role, becoming the ‘face of Dublin Airport’ to convey a professional, helpful, friendly attitude and service to all Dublin Airport users.   Team members will rotate between duties on a roster basis and will operate cross-terminal and campus wide.  Tasks are allocated based on demand, and team members will be required to be agile and move from areas / tasks, as directed by on-shift supervision, responding to any changes in the plan during a shift.   These roles are shift based roles and will provide 24/7 coverage throughout the airport.
